# Cloudflare Workers

Connects Kotharo to Cloudflare Workers for deploys. [All adapters](https://kotharo.com/docs/adapters/)

## What you need

- An MCP server for Cloudflare Workers, connected in Claude Code.
- The `npx` command, from [Node.js, which brings npm and npx](https://nodejs.org/en/download).

## Connect

`/kotharo:setup` finds Cloudflare Workers and takes you through these steps. To connect it by hand:

```
claude mcp add --scope user --transport http cloudflare-api https://mcp.cloudflare.com/mcp
```

Install Node.js, which brings npm and npx. [Its install page](https://nodejs.org/en/download) covers other systems.

macOS:

```
curl -o- https://raw.githubusercontent.com/nvm-sh/nvm/v0.40.8/install.sh | bash
\. "$HOME/.nvm/nvm.sh"
nvm install 24
```

Windows, in Git Bash:

```
powershell -c "irm https://community.chocolatey.org/install.ps1|iex"
choco install nodejs --version="24.22.1"
```

Linux:

```
curl -o- https://raw.githubusercontent.com/nvm-sh/nvm/v0.40.8/install.sh | bash
\. "$HOME/.nvm/nvm.sh"
nvm install 24
```

## Sign in

In the project, install Wrangler with npm i -D wrangler@latest, then run npx wrangler login. Run /mcp in a Claude Code session and sign in to Cloudflare, granting read permissions only.
