Connects Kotharo to GitHub Copilot code review for PR review bots. [All adapters](https://kotharo.com/docs/adapters/)

## What you need

- Nothing to install or connect.

Copilot code review needs a Copilot plan that includes it, or an organization that allows it for members without a license. Then sign in to GitHub as the source-host adapter says: gh auth login. Asking Copilot for a review needs gh 2.88.0 or later.
