## What you need

- An MCP server for Jenkins, connected in Claude Code.

## Connect

`/kotharo:setup` finds Jenkins and takes you through these steps. To connect it by hand:

Ask your Jenkins admin for the controller's host and how its MCP server authenticates (an API token header or OAuth). `<name>` is what Claude Code calls the server, such as jenkins. For an API token, run the connect command yourself with its Authorization header added (--header); setup never asks for a token.

## Sign in

With OAuth, run /mcp in a Claude Code session and sign in to Jenkins.
