# Kotharo

**Every developer gets a team.**

Kotharo is a Claude Code plugin that runs a full software team for a tech lead: product, design, architecture, developers, QA, DevOps and a dev manager. The team sizes, plans, builds, reviews, ships and deploys each ticket, and stops only for the decisions that are yours.

## Install

In Claude Code, add the marketplace, then install the plugin:

/plugin marketplace add https://plugins.kotharo.com/marketplace.json
```

```
/plugin install kotharo@kotharo
```

From a terminal, use `claude plugin` in place of `/plugin`. Needs Claude Code 2.1.295 or later and Python 3.11 or later. Then run `/kotharo:setup` to connect your tools.
