# Kotharo

> Kotharo is a Claude Code plugin that runs a full software team for a human tech lead. The team sizes, plans, builds, reviews, ships and deploys each ticket, and stops only for the decisions that are the lead's.

## Install

In Claude Code:

From a terminal, use `claude plugin` in place of `/plugin`. Kotharo needs Claude Code 2.1.295 or later and Python 3.11 or later. After installing, run `/kotharo:setup` to connect the lead's tools.

## What it does

- `/kotharo:team <ticket>` runs a ticket as a team, with the main session as dev manager. It sizes the work into a lane (small fix, clear ticket, new feature or hotfix), derives acceptance criteria, staffs role agents and stops the lead only at the lane's stops.
- `/kotharo:join` brings the team into a ticket already under way, and `/kotharo:leave` takes it off.
- `/kotharo:config` shows and sets settings per repo, per lead or for all the lead's repos.
- Adapters connect the team to ticketing, source hosting, deploys, observability, chat and docs tools.
