Site:

Feedback, feature requests and security reports go to kotharo@focovi.com: every page's footer has a Contact link, the FAQ says where to write, and security.txt and the Terms page name the new address.
The changelog lists releases from v0.7.0 on, with one line for the early builds before it.

The plugin itself is unchanged from 0.8.2.

Band:

The status text stays on one line in the desktop app; a long access, blocked or question stop truncates instead of wrapping onto a line the band clipped.
Merged PRs leave the band: the PR chips and "N of M ready" count only open PRs, and a PR closed without merging keeps its chip with ✗.

Close-out card:

With checks still open, the question names the move and what is open, and the recommendation says what the verdict covers.
Unmet checks draw one row each, and Evidence no longer repeats a gate or a Result row.

Site:

The worklogs guide says how session start caps the worklog: the newest whole entries, up to 150 lines and 4,000 characters.
The Terms page no longer shows placeholder text.

Stop pane:

The stop pane reads in labeled sections: Decision, Change, Progress, What changed, What the team understood, Follow-ups, Evidence and Size, with the same heading style and even spacing.
Intent, Riskiest area, PR and each gate draw as label and value rows; Follow-ups is a numbered list of the top three.
The lane diagram is about half its old height and keeps its arc and "you are here".
"Buttons return when this reply ends" moves to the bottom as a dim status line.
The plan pane shares the headings and label rows, and the terminal keeps the same section order with blank lines between sections.

Releases:

Release windows: release-cut writes a run sheet with services in dependency order, takes an observability baseline, deploys in order, watches each service for limits.watch_minutes (HEALTHY, REGRESSED or UNPROVEN) and hands traffic-only checks to a read-only morning job. New ### Deploy keys: watch-query, noise, after-check, morning-check, deploy-after.

Shipping:

The end card's choices read Ship and Ship and close, and say the review is reused unless the code changed. Old labels are still accepted for this release.
A hand-run /ship reuses the team's review record, and /ship --push takes the push and PR OK up front.
While a ticket is on a lane, the team never offers the app's own Commit or Create PR buttons.

Band:

The bind hint waits for a clear ticket and asks its question first; one button style everywhere; a failed gate reads "fixing <gate> · round N".
Docs pane rows show short names, PR titles and a Pull requests heading.

Fixes:

The mod's scripts no longer fail with "posix_spawn 'bash' ENOENT" when a session's worktree was removed; they run from the plugin folder and skip a repo folder that is gone.

Leaner prompts:

Session start worklog capped, team_event and team_lane deferred, shorter skill and agent descriptions, the team skill split into stage references, trimmed role agents and review skills.

Site:

Docs layout with navigation, search and a theme toggle, a release deploy job and previews, fixed guides, and the cheatsheet with a PDF download.

Cost and size:

The estimate is priced, and /team stops when spend reaches the budget multiplier.
PR size limits: an oversized change stops for a split, and big tickets ship as slices, shown as "PR 2 of 3".

Band:

A ticket's single PR shows as a linked chip.
A Docs button opens a pane listing the ticket's documents, published page and PRs; /kotharo docs opens the same pane.
Need-you rows clear by themselves once a ticket finishes.

Team:

Teaching mode: learning.level off, explain or coach, with progress in kotharo teach progress.
/team waits for role agent results sent as notifications.
A person-only ask is kept, and read-only calls skip the autonomy check.
/kotharo status, skip and tier commands.

Adapters:

SonarQube and Semgrep static analysis, Figma design source and Netlify deploy, Notion and Google Drive docs.
Every PR review bot adapter fills in the fix; Copilot severity and missed findings are read correctly.
Setup learns which adapters a repo uses while Kotharo works.

Other:

Releases v0.1.0 to v0.6.0 (2026-10-19 to 2026-10-22) were early builds and are not listed here.
