The commands you run in Claude Code. The team runs everything else itself.
/kotharo:setup
Set up Kotharo for the lead's tools after install, binding adapters and proposing settings on the lead's OK.
/kotharo:team
Run a ticket as a Kotharo team with the main session as Dev Manager, stopping the lead only at lane stops.
/kotharo:join
Bring the team into a ticket already under way and offer where to join.
/kotharo:leave
Take the team off a ticket without finishing it. Clears the band and lane, never touches code or the ticket.
/kotharo:config
Show, set and remove Kotharo settings for this repo, the lead or all repos, like git config.
