Connects Kotharo to AWS SSM Parameter Store for secrets. All adapters

What you need

/kotharo:setup finds AWS SSM Parameter Store and takes you through these steps. To connect it by hand:

Install AWS CLI. Its install page covers other systems.

macOS:

curl -fsSL https://awscli.amazonaws.com/v2/install.sh | bash

Windows, in Git Bash:

powershell -c "irm https://awscli.amazonaws.com/v2/install.ps1 | iex"

Linux:

curl -fsSL https://awscli.amazonaws.com/v2/install.sh | bash

Sign in with the cloud-auth adapter's step, such as aws sso login --profile <profile>. Your role needs ssm:DescribeParameters, and nothing more.

To check you are signed in, run aws sts get-caller-identity.
