Connects Kotharo to AWS SSO for cloud sign-in. All adapters

What you need

/kotharo:setup finds AWS SSO and takes you through these steps. To connect it by hand:

Install AWS CLI. Its install page covers other systems.

macOS:

curl -fsSL https://awscli.amazonaws.com/v2/install.sh | bash

Windows, in Git Bash:

powershell -c "irm https://awscli.amazonaws.com/v2/install.ps1 | iex"

Linux:

curl -fsSL https://awscli.amazonaws.com/v2/install.sh | bash

Run aws configure sso once to set up a profile, then aws sso login --profile <profile>. On a machine with no browser, add --use-device-code.

To check you are signed in, run aws sts get-caller-identity.
