Connects Kotharo to Codex CLI for local review. All adapters

What you need

/kotharo:setup finds Codex CLI and takes you through these steps. To connect it by hand:

Install Codex CLI. Its install page covers other systems.

macOS:

brew install --cask codex

Windows, in Git Bash:

powershell -ExecutionPolicy ByPass -c "irm https://chatgpt.com/codex/install.ps1 | iex"

Linux:

npm install -g @openai/codex

Run codex login in a terminal and sign in with your ChatGPT account.

To check you are signed in, run codex login status.
